We may contact you by email about this treasure hunt, other local events, and future treasure hunts in the area.

Winners, prizes, and eligibility are determined solely at the discretion of the operators, and all decisions are final.

Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participating in the treasure hunt or related activities.

By registering, you consent to the use of your name and/or likeness in promotional materials, if you win a prize.

Your participation may also include enrollment in future treasure hunts we operate in the region.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the treasure hunt at any time, for any reason.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
